In cases where keys are not available for collection, we will require a person to be there to take delivery and sign for items. An additional delivery charge maybe payable for deliveries above first floor levels where a working lift is not operational or any other exceptional circumstances apply. The additional delivery charge will depend on the circumstances and will be assessed on its own merit. Please advise our staff if you have any special circumstances so we can assess whether an additional delivery charge maybe applicable at the time you place your order or as soon as possible thereafter.
