Owners/landlord obligations
Whether you are an experienced landlord or this is your first attempt at property investment, there are a few things that we require from you in order to turn your investment into someone’s dream home.
Essential checks before ordering
It is your responsibility to ensure that the Upholstery and Furniture Products you have ordered will fit into your property and that there is sufficient access for our delivery lorry to reach the delivery address.
Access to the home
Our delivery team will not attempt delivery if there are health and safety issues or where damage to your property may occur nor will they remove doors and windows. If no one is available to accept delivery, we are able to collect keys from letting agencies. However you will need to notify them in advance that we will be calling to collect keys on your behalf and have your permission.
